The Supreme Court, constructed from 1856, is an element of an extremely significant precinct of inner-city buildings, including the Old Treasury Building, St George’s Cathedral, Perth Town Hall and Stirling Gardens.

Palassis Architects are the heritage specialists for the State heritage listed Supreme Court of Western Australia, and have been documenting and administering conservation works for the place for 15 years.  Works completed include:

  • Conservation works to courts 1, 2, 3 and 6;
  • Conservation works to parapets;
  • Design, administer new Judicial Conference Room;
  • Design, administer new entry and toilets;
  • Design, administer new kitchen and toilets; and,
  • Documentation and administration of conservation works to Francis Burt Law Education Centre
  • Internal and external conservation works
